Chef has always been frustrated with finding coffee reminiscent of that in little bistros in Giverny, Lucerne, or Munich. Finding no options that lived up to his taste buds' expectations, he and his Roaster set out to create a blend that would achieve the perfect European-inspired cup of coffee!
